Day Care Reopens After Dog Bites Boy

DELTONA 11/18/2008 - A home day care center where a boy was bitten by a dog reopened Tuesday.

Ms. Sherri's Child Care was able to reopen after completing a safety plan.

The plan calls for day care owner Sherri Watson to cover electrical outlets in the home, remove the dog that bit the child, and replace broken toys.

Landon Sage, 4, was bitten by a Labrador-pit bull mix November 11 2008.

The boy is expected to recover.
